Fill this form out along with a photo of your food concession trailer or fair setup and mail to 3805 NW Stallings Drive. All forms received will be evaluated for items that are not currently sold at the Fair and by date of receipt. Acknowledgements will be mailed out each year on the status of your position on the waiting list. We ONLY have room for twelve (12) food vendors.
